USF Educational Center is a Educational Nonprofit Organization Committed in Building and Developing a Corps of Academically Capable, Socially Conscious, and Mentally Disciplined Young leaders in Prince George’s County and Washington Metro Area.

“Dream Come True”

You’ve probably heard the adage “success begins with a dream”. With such inspiration USF Educational Center’s success story began in January of 2000 by opening a free schoolhouse comprised of three ready, willing and devoted teachers. Today, USF Educational Center has expanded to a student body of 253. Please, see attached chart for your guidance. We are proud of the success and reputation we have established in the community for excellence in education.

Dream and Vision for After-School Programs of Free Mathematics and Computer skills started in our family house located in Lanham in Prince George’s County.

Amazing Growth History of USF Educational Center; After-School Programs:

As briefly as the history of Our Organization goes; United Support Foundation Incorporated started its After-School Programs of Free Mathematics Tutorial and Free Computer Skills Training in January of 2000. It is amazing how time flies; Seven years ago, USF Educational Center commenced its Free Educational Services in the basement of our family house located in Lanham in Prince George’s County.

The basement of our family house shown above was thought to be large enough to hold the After-School Programs of Free Mathematics and Computer Classes for Twelve (12) Students as was approved by Prince George’s County Fire Marshal, but that was not the case. Within six months of launching the After-School Programs of Free Mathematics Tutorial and Computer Skills Training we were out of space, due to the excessive demand for the Free Educational Program.

The demand was great in that, we have had to register one hundred and ninety (190) students. From available records, we had registered one hundred (100) children for free mathematics tutorial and ninety (90) adults for free computer skills training.

We had to move out of the family house, because the house could no longer handle the number of people coming for the After-School Programs despite the fact that, we were running three training shifts morning, afternoon and evening sessions. The board of directors of United Support Foundation decided it was appropriate to Lease a Commercial Office Building for the training program.

6201 Riverdale Road Riverdale office facility was leased for training purposes:

USF Educational Center moved to Riverdale Road Riverdale Office Facility in February 2001:

USF Educational Center was relocated at 6201 Riverdale Road in Riverdale; the New Office Facility was large enough to handle two Hundred (200) Students and we were very excited. Not too long that USF Educational Center moved into the New Office Facility that, the demand for the After-School Programs of Free Mathematics and Computer Skills Tutorial surged beyond our expectation.

The New Office Facility was soon over-crowded in so much that, students could not find a place to sit; we have had to register three hundred and sixty (360) students much higher than our carrying capability. We started again to run three training shifts, morning, afternoon and night sessions. We moved into the New Office Facility in February of 2001 and before June 2002 we had far exceeded the Fire Marshal Approval of two hundred (200) seating capacity.

USF Educational Center once again started searching for a bigger and suitable location in Prince George’s County, and we were able to Lease a Spacious Office Facility on Finns Lane Office Building. USF Educational Center again moved into Finns Lane Office Building in May of 2003. The Finns Lane Office Building is a bigger office facility which holds two hundred and fifty (250) seating capacity.

USF Educational Center Finally Moved into Finns Lane Office Building in May 2003:

It was with great pleasure that

USF Educational Center has grown exponentially in all spectrums of its educational training and community programs.
