Kaplan, a New York based Educational Software Developer has designated our Center as Children and Adult Education Center. We offer quality Training in Mathematics, Reading and Computer Skills and Statistics to Children in our Community.




  USF provides After School Education Training for Children K-12. USF provides Information Technology Training Opportunity that best prepares Children for Next Century Career.




A Student from DeMatha Higher School Senior Anthony Ballen, 16, graduated from Our After School Training Program. USF has been training children in our Community by offering them quality free computer training, mathematics and reading these provide good frame works for the children to excel in their respective schools.




Dr. James Dura Director, PG Department of Health and Human Services was the chief guest of honor who represented Jack Johnson, County Executive standing in a group picture with one of the graduates. Thomas Johnson Middle School 7 th Grader James Ebong who was able to built a system unit during his training.

Our Organizations provides free
quality mathematics, reading and statistics coaching for pupils in Grade K-12, we also provide special coaching in English as second Language (ESL) for children whose primary language is not English. In addition, we provide career education training that includes quality free basic, and advanced computer skills, job counseling, resume review, job search and interview skills training. Our records of success prove that all the children that take our classes are all honor roll in their respective schools, and we are proud of them. A powerful nation of military might and economic wealth such as America should always offer children solid foundation in mathematics and information technology. USF continues to provide its quality free instructor - led training in mathematics and information technology to children in our community.

Our Organizations has been receiving both in-cash and in-kind donations from different organizations these include Verizon Foundation, which has provided financial donation in the amount of thirty thousand U.S. dollars (30,000.00) in support of our training program. Verizon has demonstrated how corporate gifts can be extended through a belief in power of Math, Reading and Statistics education.

Verizon will always remain a role model for and an inspiration to corporate entities everywhere. Verizon has therefore taken the initiative to invest in USF' training programs, because USF implements high level training programs that improve Children's Math, Reading and Statistics skills that best prepare them for their future workforce and contribute to the increased productivity and competitives of U.S companies.

USF remains an organization where Information Technology IT Training, Mathematics, Statistics and English as Second Language challenges are met with a standard of excellence.

USF has registered one hundred (100) Children for the After School Training Program at the just concluded Kidfest held at Washington Convention Center On November 13’ 2004. USF exhibited 1st Prince George’s Classroom On Wheels at the Kidfest.


USF deploys Kaplan Reading Empowerment software that trains students to automaticity of the reading subskill, therefore enabling fluency. It complements your comprehensive reading program to make a complete solution for measurable reading gains.

General Service Administrations (GSA) Mid Atlantic Region, Head Office, L'Enfant Plaza East South West, Washington D.C. has been providing enormous in - kind support to our program. GSA recognizes the importance of investing in long - term
solutions to resolve our nation's Children Math, Reading and Statistics skills gap.

  In January 2002, President Bush signed into law No Child Left Behind, a bipartisan education reform of the Elementary and Education Act of 1965 that incorporates principles and strategies including:

  • More flexibility for state and local educational agencies


  • Stronger emphases on reading

USF is in exclusive business of providing free training in Mathematics, Reading Computer Skills and Statistics for Students in Grade - levels K-12.

All our training programs are designed to help students in K-12 to achieve their educational potentials. USF has launched unrelenting campaign on Children Education with primary focus on mathematics, reading, computer skills and statistics.

In compliance with No Child Left Behind Initiative Children regardless of their parent's social and economic status are trained since our focus is to offer children in our community study background in mathematics, reading, including computer skills and statistics.

It is our belief that teaching mathematics, reading and statistics in a homework type -of-environment produces more results.
By teaching student one-or-one our teacher reveals the esoteric of these subjects to
our students, which enables them to understand and master the subject.


It is becoming increasingly necessary for students to have study background in mathematics, reading, including computer skills and statistics, which prepares them for their future career, military service and college education.

USF continues to provide its quality tree instructor -led training in mathematics, reading, including computer skills and statistics to children in our community.

USF incorporates Kaplan Reading Empowerment incorporates the essentials components of reading instructions defined by the National Reading Panel.


USF is a minority managed non-profit organization. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, sex, or disability. Applicants using wheel chairs will utilize Our Main Campus at Finns Lane location which is wheel chair assessable. Other arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis according to individual needs.

Many people in our community children and adult need training in Information Technology. They do not even have a computer to commence their IT Carrier Training. They are willing to be trained, but the money is not available.
